What to do SO CAL PEEPS

uhmm by next year this time i should be graduating and having my career job, and all that good stuff. I think or i have a good chance of losing the G to my Dad. Ill sell the front bumper and cf hood and maybe the rims and give my dad stock parts back but yea, i wont have the G anymore around summer or fall of 09. Getting some opinions out there of what car i should be leaning too. hopefully my first job will get me at least 65k to 70k starting. list them up homies thanks

i hope you're graduating from grad school if you expect to get $65-70k. that's what i thought when i graduated with 2 BAs from UCI. 3 years later and I'm just breaking $50k.

good luck though, hopefully you can share the wealth.

exactly. Most grads start out around $35k unless they major in engineering lol. If the car isn't yours, why are you modding it?

well bro its like this. im 29 so i have an idea of what im talking about.

i know a handfull of guys fresh out of college degree and everything making 25-30k a year. most employers now a days dont care and pay you crap to start. you have to go into a speciality field to make that kind of money. and those jobs require 3-5 years experience. its gonig to be tough for a employer to pay you 60k fresh out of school. you have to work your way up.
then you need to save for a house, so all your fun of the G is gone. time to grow up and enter the real world!

good luck man.

you need to be in finance, consulting, or engineering to make that kind of money straight out of undergrad. its not too hard to talk your way into the finance (banking especially) and consulting jobs, but you should consider taking some courses in those fields if you choose that option.

you should just keep the car until you make more money than that... 65k a year isn't bad at all for an undergrad but... dun you think it's better to save up the money? think of the long run!! buy a house first! and 65k a year isn't that much!! you dun wanna work to pay off a new car!!
