Going to LA this weekend, 12 hrs of driving, wut should I check before leave?
So I am driving to LA with my gf next week for spring break, I have always want to go to LA and be part of the community so I can go to the meets, I been on the forum for a while but I have never been to any meets, sigh.. but anyway.. I just hit 66000 mileage on my car, I just done with the oil change, but I haven't done the 60000 service, is this gonna be a big problem if I don't do it? can I do the service after I come back?? Any suggestions on how to make the trip much more fun than just driving normally? Any Spots I should look out for that might have cops? (I am so glad i got V1) ...
Please give me some feedback thanks.

Well good luck with the drive....over the summer I drove from Portland, Oregon to Fresno (central Cali) and it took us like 12 hours in one day...it sucked! Just watch your gas tank...make sure you have enough gas because there may be points where there are not a lot of gas stations or the gas prices are outrageous!!!!
BTW, I'm sure you know how, but I know if you've lived in Oregon your whole life you haven't had to pump your own gas but in California mostly everywhere is self-service. So keep that in mind!

HIN is an experience. Much funner if you know people in/at the show. An area to chill out at is a big plus too.
You can order tickets online discount code kashowku or postcard gets 10.00 off tickets.

And OP, be sure to come by HIN and check out Rookie's FX. It is one of a kind!!! No second FX will ever come close to his.
Funny, I was planning a trip to Oregon sometime soon.
But if you're looking to impress your gf plan a detour to Napa Valley, definitely you'll get some points. The food and wine is A++ and plus you can have some fun with the curvy roads.
Have a safe trip.
