Hey i tried searching on the forums but I couldn't find any tint shops for san diego. Does anyone know of a tint shop that does good work and doesn't charge too much?

 

That's because they all charge way too much down here. For a basic non-metallic tint they wanted to charge me between 350 - 600 and that didn't even include my front windows. They all told me I couldn't get metallic because of our antenna. Sheesh, they all pissed me off. I got tired of looking and ended up doing it myself . Metallic too

 

Oh dang! that's waaay too much I know of a shop off of Miramar rd. where all those repair shops are.. they were only charging 250 for non metallic.. but i guess it's a pretty good deal...

You can drive up to LA, head on over to California Tint, they'll do it for $120-140 and even after you factor in gas and time, its cheaper than getting it done almost anywhere in SD.

I just had mine done at Tint Devil about 1 month ago. They have done all of my cars, which comes out to 5 times. They did a very good job and I've never had any problems with the tint itself. Cost varies depending on the type of tint U get, but mine was about 260 I think for my 3 back windows on the G. This was the Tint Devil on Miramar Rd.

i got mine done at 5 star customs for 200 bux..its also off of miramar rd.. they burnt my door panel on accident.. but they bought me a brand new door panel.. worked out for me cuz i had a few scratches on it.. haha
