Rude Awakening . . . be careful out there!!!

I know to many people who haved died on motorcycles. It's enough that I'd stay away from them too. Although, it seems like a majority, but not all the motorcycle accidents are becuase the rider doing something stupid. I see to many retards on bikes lane splitting @ speeds beyond 60+ MPH. No car is expecting a bike to lane split when there is no traffic. Why do they do this?
I hope all of you bikers are riding smart.

First though - somebody rear ended somebody else.
First visual - some exhaust manifold had fallen. Odd that it was soo small.
Second Impression, people rushing towards the back of the on ramp looking DOWNWARD.
Final visual - a very nice red Japanese mortorcyle on its side - NO DRIVER.
Somehow, someway, a motorcyle driver got into an accident and HE FVCKING FLEW OFF THE ON RAMP. However his motorcyle remained on the on ramp. We pulled over to dial 911, but there were already 4 or 5 cars doing that and 911 was all jammed up. We went home, and 5 minutes later my wife called 911 from a landline and reported it (after waiting on hold for 5 minutes )
Anyways, I suspect that the motorcycle driver has died. Here's the first report: http://weblog.signonsandiego.com/new...es/022553.html
My wife was so rattled about it, because she suspected that death was certain even though we never saw the driver, that she scolded me and said that's why you shouldn't drive reckless!!! Although she is right, I felt bad that she was mad at me too.
Anyways, be careful out there. All it takes is a split second.

See, this is the kind of crap I'm so deathly afraid of when I move down to LA. The drivers are better down there, but also faster and there are more road rage... I can go on and on. This is scary. May he RIP.
Gammawolf, you're wife's not mad at you, she's just worried about you... she loves you and doesn't want anything bad to happen to you. Us women yell out of concern sometimes because we can't control all situations and it's all out of love.
