will Infiniti dealer buy my car?

i've been trying to sell my car for 2 weeks now with so luck.
so far just a bunch of low ballers.
its a 2005 6my coupe with 45,xxx miles.
its has an HKS exhaust and lowered on megan springs.
also has 19" Axis Hiros 19x8.5 +20 front and 19x10.5 +35 rear.

i wanted to take it in and see if an Infiniti dealer would buy my car from me.
since i've had no luck trying to sell it. i was thinking if they could pay off what i owe (20k) i would just let it go.

i'll be putting the stock exhaust back on.
i don't have the stock wheels so the Axis would stay on the car.
i would have to put the stock springs back on too huh?

what do you guys think?

I'd go to carmax before Infiniti.

+1 on Carmax. I haven't sold a car to them yet, but I've had a couple friends who have, and they said Carmax gave them more money than the dealership would've. Expect to get trade-in value for the car, which may be less than $20K.... Good luck.

I'd go private 3rd party for the sale as is..

dealers will prefer you to have it all stock so they call it "Infiniti certifiied pre-owned" or at least trade it in with the stock parts in the car (then you loose out on aftermarket part out $$)

HKS will go for $800?
Springs $100?

i went to car max last month but bc my car was lowered they said they had to send it to their whole seller and they offered me 15,500. i told them to go F**k themselves.

they guy said that lowering springs voids warranty so they wouldn't be able to sell it on a carmax lot. he said that if the car wouldn't of been lowered maybe 19k with after market wheels. and a little more with stock wheels. i asked him if i could put the stock springs on but he was like na, bc its already been lowered. was the guy at carmax BS'ing me?

you think i could return it to stock and go to another carmax??

Part it out, and then swing by and I'll appraise your car.

We also have a CarMax down the street if you want to stop by there first; occasionally they'll give maybe 500 more.

+1 for his suggestion.
Try to bring the car to him. He will take care of you.

carmax will give you about 3k~ less than what trade in-value on kbb.com but its still far the best trade in $$ for your car.
