okay... quit a bit west of Harbor... that downtown area has gone through some decent changes... I was at the ribbon cutting ceremony when Mayor Pringle opened for construction before all the new store fronts and lofts were built... I was starting a biz at the time and was going to lease some space over on the North West corner (where Broadway Arms is)...

Holy crap, OCG35, have you seeing Sprint/Nextel Store at the corner lofts of Harbor and Lincoln( construction nearly finished) , thats my business! I leased it not too long ago, grand opening will be coming in early August. I was gonna lease on the anaheim blvd/braodway side but had a change of heart. Go figure. I wasnt at the ribbon ceremony though. What business wehre you going to start?

Videlivery... Video, Deli, Delivery.... video media (DVD, Games, ****) and deli food delivery... long story - it was a 10+ yr old idea that would have been better at that time (before Netflix and crap)... short on start up capital and one of the potential investors didnt think it could compete with Neflix It was a very different approach, but whatever...

Damn I dont like thinking about it actually... 9 months wasted.

I think everyone has shown interest... best thing to do is just plan one and announce it...

actually i just moved to anaheim from cerritos. just got married so needed to get out of my parents place, anyways, yeah i'll be definitely a go for a meet in anaheim.
