looking for a shop that does repair and powercoat... dont want to deal with 2 different shops...

+1 on Velvet Touch. They do great repair work and can refinish the wheels for you as well.

wats the basic cost for curb rash repair?? called TRU wheels and they said $125 for 1 wheel

so everywhere ive called on this list pretty much freaks out when i say the rims are still on my car with tires....any one have suggestions on who will ACTUALLY take off the tires and not immediately hang up the phone on me???

Did you call Velvet Touch? They removed my tires when they did my wheels. They are located down in Escondido, but have a mobile trailer that handles the orange county, L.A. area. Miguel Pena handles the mobile trailer and is ussually working out of the Mercedes dealer off the 91 in Anaheim. Their # is 888-4-RIMFIX or go to www.repairmywheels.com

the place we take the wheels is where velvet touch takes their wheels to also! lol!

HUh, that's odd, Monard. Velvet Touch did mine VERY cheap. $100 per wheel to dismount, straighten, refinish and remount and balance. I was originally quoted $125, but Miguel "gave me a deal" since I dropped off and picked them up myself... usually their prices include pick up and delivery. FYI... they did mine in-house, so I had them back the nexy day.
