Dealers in So Cal
Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that I received a letter from Miller Infiniti's Guest Relation Manager asking that I call or email her about my purchase. Needless to say I have had no response back from them. In my email I told her about the $400.00 in junk registration charges that they tried to tack on. Miller does not want to hear bad news or they do not care about negative comments. Love the car not the dealer.

Re: Dealers in So Cal
My brother-in-laws family sold the Miller dealerships last August. It was locally owned but now is part of a large company from somewhere in the mid-west. They basically bought the name and inventory.
Last month, the lease on my I30 was up so naturally I went to Miller to get a G35. Their numbers didn't add up, somehow 2 + 2 = 5 to them.
I went to Infiniti of Thousand Oaks, I never have been treated so kindly by an auto dealer in my life (I'm 50 and have bought/leased many cars).
I highly recommend them to anyone in the So Cal area.

Tustin's service kicks @ss!!! But I was disappointed with their sales dept - got so frustrated that I bought from Costa Mesa Infiniti (same owner)... ironically, Costa Mesa service SUCKS!!!! PM me if you want the details of my multiple nightmares!
My suggestion: Buy from Costa Mesa, Frank and Patrick were both great! Then have it serviced at Tustin.
