Los Angeles Gamers - Gameland
My friend owns a video game store that specializes in old school games. His shop is located on a little strip mall on Santa Monica and La Brea. The place is awesome; it's stacked with old genesis, nes, snes, and other cartridges as well as old school game systems like Neo Geo, Lynx, and the FC Twin. I was shocked to see a Sega Master System in box, with the zapper!
There are two guys that run the store (my friend, and another guy). They're very knowledgeable on games, every style, and have played waaaay too many of them. Not a bad thing, since they can always suggest something for you.
They do trade-ins and reservations on new games. Next time you think about going to the Gamestop across the street, give these guys a shot.
