We used to have at least one major meet in Oxnard down by the Marina off Victoria. Went on for a few years and last year there were issues about permits or some **** so we had a major failure. It was big too, everyone showed up from as far away as San Diego/Santa Barbra. If I lived closer I'd resurrect that meet myself.... Anyone in Ventura want to try again?

I think everyone showed up in the past cause it was early in the season, prior to Huntington and Hai's BBQ so it grew a great deal of interest. I remember the last one, members were coming from San Diego and NorCal. That was BIG! Hardly anyone was paying for your hamburgers, cept me! LOL

Does anyone post on this thread anymore? Just moved back into the Oxnard area. Seen a red G, clean and simple, that looks real good rolling down the street. Other than my G and a few stock 350Zeds, doesn't seem to be as bad as everyone says.
If there's a meet, count me in.

I missed out on all of these meets. Are there any more meets in the Santa Barbara/Ventura area? I heard there was a small meet in the Calle Real /Costco parking area in Goleta. That seems like a great spot since the lot is HUGE and never full.

Really? Thanks for the info. I might check out the In N Out. That parking lot is so small though. I couldn't imagine too many people attending it.
