CLARIFICATION:

This is gonna suck for us with modded cars..... BUT as a driver in the SGV, I whole heartedly agree with this law and look forward to higher percentage of people able to look around at traffic before blindly changing lanes.

BTW... did you notice that this law does not cover texting?

I am going to get a shot of nanomachines so I can talk to people by pressing my index finger against my neck. Hopefully that will still work after the SOP is destroyed.
