Depends on what club you go to really. Theres a lot that you can go in with anything but Tim's are usually a no no. Some won't let you in without a button up shirt and slacks with some shoes to go with it.

button up shirt, some jeans, and clean shoes are fine..

just look good and ur pretty much in... i've gotten in before with some dirty *** shoes.. jeans and a zip up hoodie before lol

Just dress with slacks/nice jeans and a button up shirt and if the shoes go with it you'll be fine. You can always slip a 20 i Have friends that do that that aren't 21 lol...
