Shop to Paint Wheels in LA

Does anyone know a pretty good shop that paint rims somewhere in LA? I am thinking of painting my rims black, leaving the lip polished.

What kind of wheels are they? Rivets are a pain to mask.

They're in Hollywood. Got my stock wheels painted there. They masked off the lip and polished it. Turned out well although they're a bit expensive.
