advice on good restaurants near lb?

Check out PF changs downtown LB...just dont go at night if youve been drinkin alot...you will fall asleep waiting to eat...its dark as hell up in that piece!

i'll try out that sweety thai place also.

is there like a particular day when it is best to go? i wouldn't want to take a girl to a dead spot. or you guys think that'll give the two of us a nice quiet "get to know you" time during eating? and dare i say?? romantic? (new to this kind of stuff)

Drive down to the Belmont Shores area (close to LB) plenty of places to eat, shop, and you can walk around and talk and what not after dinner. I recommend La Creperie , chicks dig it and food is pretty good. Here's a link http://lacreperiecafe.net/

During the week is cool cause its not that busy but Fri or Sat night is madd busy. Reservations is a must!

Those things look HUGE.

To the OP..most of those areas really lend themselves to get aquainted with your date. you can always go bowling at Game works for a fun date and there are 2 movies theatres within a couple blocks of one another..they also have a ferris wheel at the pike(pine street and beach blvd)

Where exactly is this? it's little too romantic for me and we don't need another child in the house. is this in San Pedro or still long beach

Its in the Shoreline Village area I believe.

One of the best.

I would not recommend this for a first date as you end up lethargic from all the meat.

do not over do the salad bar and pace yourself on the meat. especially the Sirloin.

They even have lots of hotel rooms around the way as well incase things go really well playa!

Its still in Long Beach, Shoreline Village. So many good photo spots down there, baby makin' scenery!
