Believe me when you use it your love it. I use it and my friend( lives in an apartment) and sister use it because on how easy it is to do.

OP - there’s an excellent hand wash facility on Knott and Crescent... I know it’s a bit far but that’s where I go... I used to live close to there (that’s how I found it) and know I'm near Magnolia & 22 and still go there... the water is actually warm
not sure if it helps the car (but I pretend the car likes it)... the primary reason I like it is because you can fit a bucket under the sink faucet - and the drying area is shaded decent... also, it faces the right direction so almost anytime of day works out well (no water spots from sun dried)...
I know these things don’t mean anything to most ppl, but when spending 3 hours to wash the car, having an area and facility to do it right helps... and trust me, most hand wash places are **** and I would never bother.
Anyway hope that helps.
