Random question....does anyone know of any good acupuncture places in the San Gabriel Valley? My husband is looking into acupuncture but doesn't want to just pick some place out of the phone book (okay, off yahoo yellow pages ). So I was just curious if anyone knows of anything in the area. Thanks!

 

my dad has gone to a few places. they are usually located on valley and garvey. in the city of monterey park and alhambra. my dad stop going to them. and does the cupping one at home. my parents both use the cupping one like once or twice a wk. and it does work for them

 

First off...what's your husband hoping to cure? I have moderate case of hyperhidrosis (sweaty palms) and acupuncture helped out big time. I went for 4 sessions. I later went to the acupuncturist for a sprained MCL (knee injury). Went for 2 sessions before the doc said it's not going to help and that only western medicine could help. Other patients I've spoken to swear by it that this doctor cured their allergies.

$50 a session and they prefer cash. They request that you sign in but you have to keep nudging the receptionist to let you go next or else the old chinese folks will cut in front of you.
