someone please HELP!!

i was trying to install my corners in, when accidentally the red and black wire touched on one side, and now both my corners are out.. theres one fuse box next to the battery that is no help and theres another one by my clutch witch was no help.. is there another one around the car somewhere? and how can i fix this little mishap? any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

there is another fuse box behind the battery. you have to take off the battery cover and the other plastic piece next to it. there will be a cover over the fuse box so you have to take it off. check fuse 71 and 78. fuse 71 is the first fuse on the left column and fuse 78 is like the 5th or 6th fuse down from 71. check your manual to be sure. i just fix mine last wk. but mine was a little worse. all my parking lights went off including the stereo lights.
