Jackie you CAN put a 245 on that 8, and you CAN put a 275 on a 9.5". All depends on what look you are going for. I personally would NOT run a stretched setup with weak offset wheels!!!
If it makes any difference i'm running 245's all around on my BBS's which are 9.5" aall around.

FRONTS 19X8 5X114 +20
REARS 19X9.5 5x114 +20/ +35
