diamond bar fire better not get closer to my house...i've heard of so many cases where people are lootin houses
i'm gonna get a bat and stay home

 

hope everyone in the affected areas are okay...
i live in brentwood/santa monica area and ashes are all over the cars here.

Had to drive down to Long Beach today to check out an Air Force event. I was amazed by the amount of ash that was falling from the sky. Its especially saddening when you realize its either from burned trees, grass, or unfortunately, someone's house

Stay inside if you can guys.

 

I was shocked at how much smoke and ash made it to LB Chris. I've been trying to stay inside with the windows closed as much as possible this weekend. Hopefully they are able to contain the fires quickly and it clears up soon.

 

I'm watching live news from Diamond Bar right now.

Just spent the afternoon sweeping and hosing down the driveway to get all the ash off (at least for now). I'm curious to see how Yorba Linda looks tomorrow when I get to work.

 

Wow, that is crazy. I hope everyone is ok and that their family/Home/G are all ok too.

On a side note, I looked at ktla.com and lots of good pic/vids of the fires, but one about "Getting your Betty Ready" I had to watch it and smile
