the SF parking ***** are kinda bullcrap imo, if you look closely, the sign says contact "Rowland Heights PD" if your car is towed.. hey guess what? there's no such thing, Rowland Heights is not a city, let alone does it have its own police department. my guess is that the tow truck company is called "Rowland Heights PD". i've never seen them tow, they'd be stupid to, since customers go eat at pacific plaza, then shop for food at the market. why would the market want to scare away potential customers?

only something a Rowland Heights native would notice, i guess.. =)
