GMR = no..
1. too many bikers
2. cop infested
3. crazy guys with hondas take up both lanes when running
4. hella unsafe roads lol bumps and dips etc..

Baldy
1. One lane ._.
2. Biker road (kinda)

Angeles
1. BIKER THE HELL MADNESS
2. random inclines on turns that'll cause some problems for first time runners
3. cops

Carbon
1. too short
2. traffic

Turnbull
1. isnt a real canyon
2. residential area

Palomar = WIN
1. high (60-90mph turns on the way there)
2. well paved roads
3. empty at night
4. no cops *knocks on wood
5. GUARD RAILS!!
6. good look out spot
7. friendly neighbors =)

Downside:
far as ****
roads too good, it'll EAT up your tires
slightly shorter

I am looking to set something up soon... I am glad you guys are missing Palomar, I hate going by myself... No rain next week, should be warmer too! I am planning for 04/01 or 04/02. PM me and let me know who is all interested.

why don't you just go to a track: its legal, you don't endanger civilians, and traffic is moving the same.

edit: you also can get timing.

I personally am a huge fan of Latigo Canyon, though it can be VERY dangerous for the inexperienced...I LOVE it. Its very demanding of your full attention though but will certainly keep you engaged.

Every timeI run it i feel like I just finished a stage in a rally race.
