I really need to roll my front fenders flat as possible and my rears which are a mild roll. Sigh, only if you were in Houston!

When you roll the front fenders on a g35 coupe, do you have to remove the screws that connect to the fender lining? Do most people take those screws off and leave them that way all together to get extra clearance?

yes take out the screws and the clips that the screws are in and tuck the liner behind the lip.

hard to really say without looking at it. But was the car ever in an accident, most of the time if a car has the rear quarter replaced the bodyshops put HUGE as$ welds along the fender lip making it almost impossible to make a nice roll, but if that are the oem spot wles i see no reason why it couldn't be fixed. did the person use a fender roller?

Yes he used a fender roller tool. It was done a couple years ago. If I can remember correctly, he did both rear fenders in 10 minutes. I guess he just rushed it seeing how much longer it takes you to do it.

Can I bring it by sometime and have you look at it? If you can make it any better, I'll pay you for it. How much do you charge for fender rolls?

Also, I believe it's OEM spot welds. Thanks for your help.

Shane, when you do your aggressive fender rolls on a g35 coupe, where do you start and end? The person who rolled my rear fenders only did it at around the 10 o'clock and ended roughly at around the 2 o'clock position. Is this enough or do you need to start at 9 o'clock and end at 3 o'clock?

^I roll all fenders from about 8'oclock till where ever the fender and rear bumper meet, unless the person tells me not to roll it that far. For a G i think anywhere between 8-9 would be fine.
