The content below contains crucial information regarding your roll-in and set-up.

Check-In/Load-In will be begin at 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Friday, July 9th, 2004.
Look for signs that will direct you to the staging area. While in line you will be classified. After classification you will be given a modification sheet, two wristbands (event passes), and a regulations for the event. The classification sheet will be used by the judges when they mark their score sheets as well as spot your vehicle in the show. Your classification sheet must be clearly displayed on the driver-side window at all times during move-in and show hours.

- ***ABSOLUTELY, NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN!!!
- No Excuses will be taken, if you are not there on FRIDAY for set-up, there is no way we can get you into the show.

Regulations
[img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] Individual placement will be given on a first come first served basis. What this means is that you should get to the venue early. If a member of your crew arrives late, does not caravan with you, and is not in line with you at the time of roll-in, they will not be placed with you (NO EXCEPTIONS).

[img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] The vehicle must be clean and free of body damage. Project cars and prototypes must be in a completed state.

[img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] You will be allowed to bring one person with you at the time of roll-in. NO support vehicles are allowed inside the venue, you must walk/carry your equipment inside the venue.

[img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] When you check-in you will be given two wristbands, one for yourself and one for whoever is going to bring you back the next day.

[img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] You must not start your engine for any reason during the hours of the event!

Setup Day:
Friday, July 9th: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m

Registration/Check-in area will be held @ the NORTH EAST parking lot.

Exhibit Day:
Saturday, July 10th - 10:00 a.m. Allowed to re-enter venue for final preparation on vehicle.
Saturday, July 10th - 11:30 a.m. Judging Starts
Saturday, July 10th - 12 p.m. (noon) - 7 p.m. (show hours).

Tear-Down:
Once all consumers have exited the grounds, roll-out can commence.

#1... looks like we can offer some SD G35driver's free admission if they can give us a lift on Sat AM.
#2... Not sure who else needed a Sat roll-in, but I think it was DJGCue and Nabeil (if nabeil registered) Ed, would you follow up.

Well, it all depends on what time we get to SD. If we get there early enough, we'll check in first but if not can we check in after? IT'll probably be around 9pm.

ALso i am trying to get a couple of us to roll in on saturday including myself. I will be down there on friday with you guys, but i think that due to lack of transportation, i will roll in on saturday early so that i can provide members back to the hotel on friday after they clean off their cars. I just emailed Myles to confirm. Hopefully that will work.

Does DJGCUE really need sat roll in? NEver heard from him. Also is he with Transport or whats going on with him? Need to know what to do about him. Its great that he's showing with us but is he part of Transport??
