30K Service

hey all - I just crossed the 30K mile mark on my G... So the big 30 K maintenance is due next. Any suggestions on where i can go in the SF valley area? I work in Woodland Hills and live in Glendale - so any one between the 2 will be good...

Any recommendations on what i need to keep an eye out on - other than dealerships quoting $700 for the maintenance?

you can always find your reliable mechanic, find the services they do at 30k and have him do it or go to riverside infiniti (yes far) but they have a good reputation

Havent needed one yet - been getting maintenance done at the local infiniti dealership. However the warranty expired and I'm wondering if I still need to go to an infiniti dealership.. I'm not very happy with them either

It might be far, but i've been sending the locals here closer to the OC to my mechanic who is the Nissan/Infiniti master-tech at Tustin Infiniti. He does side work for a lot cheaper. If any of you are interested, PM me your name and phone number and i'll get him to call you to schedule a time to do whatever service you need.

Just to mention, my 30K is coming up soon and i'm definitely taking it to my mechanic instead of going through the dealership.

what did the dealer include in your 30k service to make it $700?

i still can't believe people justify paying $500+ for the 30k service, most of those things you can do yourself or bring to a local mechanic that you know
