So....tint, front plate, exhaust or maybe blacked out tails? This is why I suggested we just park at the beach and enjoy, rather than cruise around showing off our rides. Huntington Beach could really clean up if they gave just 25% of us violations and wouldn't love that ****?

I keep asking G37 guys to roll out to my house but nobody follows through. Come hang out for a few hours and we will come up with something. I need to test fit my new PS tank on a 37 too.

 

Having never attended this meet are there food vendors in the area, we may not need the BBQ if there is? That would make planning this meet less of a headache. June 27th is perfect, that's the first week of summer officially and the last Saturday of the month....

They hand out tickets mostly for:

Tint ( windows and tails )
Front plate
they tried to get me for having halos?

I think a cruise would be fun if we stay on PCH its not that bad. Its main etc that they will get you for anything possible.

this meet usually pulls 100 cars and we dont need to keep adding to the attention......FYI we have never had a problem with cops as long as you follow the rules........

Morning Cruise Proposal:

Cars & Coffee near Spectrum (Mazda HQ) ---> 133 ---> PCH ---> HB Site



Evening Cruise Proposal:

1. Take PCH up to downtown, loop back and go south on PCH.

2. Drive through Newport Beach past BMW/Ferrari/Maserati/Bentley dealerships on PCH

3. Destination choices a) Fashion Island, b) Crystal Cove Promonade, c) continue down to Laguna Beach and go north on 133 until we get to Irvine.

Whichever route we decide on, we'll get the route map posted here and maps printed for everyone on the day of the cruise. It's impossible to have everyone stay together on PCH as there are too much traffic and too many lights.


What do you guys think?

 

BBQ is a good idea, but the food prep, cost, ice, drinks, fire, cleanup, cooks take a lot of work and good faith when it comes to $$$. I think it's a great idea but hard to implement unless we have a sponsor who's willing to foot the bill. (or we call a lunch truck or cater from Subways or something like that)
