Unhappy Need New Third 3rd Tail Light LED - Suggestions?

Recently had service at Dealership and they informed me the 3rd "High Mount" tail light was out. Then they showed me the estimate and it was nearly $400. After a long pause, I politely declined. Anyone got a suggestion who/where/what/how to do this or get it done? Links to aftermarket stuff? Anything?

^ $102.50 is still a pretty good deal. Looking on my Infiniti parts list, the parts sells for $179.04.

Yeah, I typed in a few bids and it just kept jumping and I couldn't get my snipe to work... plus, I didn't want to overpay - didn't know about the $179 at the time. Past history showed them selling for $45 and $80.

I may just pull the existing one and see if its a $2 diode as someone else ran into. If not, maybe try to replace it with an LED strip.

Mostly scared of F'ing up the back deck cover - anyone do this in the area?

^ It's not hard to remove the high mount lamp housing. If I remember correctly, you'll have to access the clamps from the trunk. Really easy.

From what I've read - it's easier on the Coupes... The Sedans involve either drilling through the trunk (faster, but could F things up) or taking out the back seats and deck lid (lengthy pain in the ***).
