What is the proper price for audio install in OC?

I am thinking about changing front speakers and tweeter (Infinity Reference 6020cs, I got almost new 6020cs). I called several shops near Fullerton, but the price was high. It was higher than doing Bestbuy (70 bucks for standard speaker changing) Anyone know what is the proper price for audio install?
I saw Valley Car Stereo in Cerritos, anyone did audio setup in there?

I drive down there every other day, I'm near you more. It's like a 25-30 min drive. I rather drive for quality then look for something local and cheap; my safe conscious first. These guys give one of the best pricing compared to these local stereo shops and better yet they specialize in the Gz so they know the G that's why I don't mind giving my car to them to work on. Trust me I use to work a stereo shop and it's a greedy scene and a shady culture, so save your self some time and do it right the first time. But I'm sure there's good local shops around you to, just giving you my 2 cent though. Good Luck

Most places dont do head unit repairs because that's usually on the warranty of the product itself. Give them a call for any price quotes. Ask for Jet for labor pricing and ask for Lou for product pricing.

There's a place near Cypress called Valley Audio or something. I'll look for their contact info and post it in here.

Here's the info:
Valley Car Stereo
6011 Orangethorpe Ave
Buena Park,CA90620-1335

(714) 994-2880

I had them install an Avic N2, tv tuner, tint and some other stuff at one time. Give them a call and get a price quote. Call around different shops to find the best deal.

Nope, none at all. I don't remember how much I paid, but the price was reasonable otherwise I wouldn't have gone there. Also, no problems with my tint at all.

I still recommend calling around and checking out other shops.

I see you're in Fullerton, RacingBrake is also, if you're ever in a quick need for rotors or pads, shoot us a PM.

Try Creative Car Audio in Santa Fe Springs. It's where a lot of show cars go to get their audio done. This place is about quality work. http://creative-motorsports.com/
