you really opened it up for some innuendos there – especially considering the responses “Jessica” is getting…

I used to promote Tustin a lot (as did many others)... back then it was the mod friendly shop to go to...

But it seems when Frank (previous Service Manager) left and svc writer Henry went with him - things changed a bit... They went to West Covina Nissan and got TONS of business - some Infinitis were then going to a Nissan dealer for service.

Kevin (I guess Sepulveda) is a good guy - he worked on my car a couple times... and service writer Tom has taken care of me in the past but I haven’t gone in much since Ron (tech) left.

You should encourage the new Service Manager to support modified cars - you see the kind of business Riverside gets... let’s face it, all dealers are gonna get the run of the mill normal service appointments - those aren’t going away – normal owners are going to take their car to the closest dealer... but in So Cal there are boatloads of modified Gs that spend more money on their car than a typical owner - imo thats a market to cater to.

Just my two cents.

I absolutely agree with you as I have a highly modified auto. Things have changed but only for the better. Drop by and check us out, ask for Kris. We will do everything possible to make sure you or whoever have a positive experience with us, modified or not. If you have had a bad experience please let me know-Kevin J

Thats awesome Kevin! Thanks for that I'll swing by one of these days... If Tustin is now what it was a few years ago, I'll spread the word (modded in OC & LA need an alternative to Riverside - they are great for parts though )

I guess I should clarify - I never had any bad experiences at Tustin...

Just so you dont get the wrong impression that I stopped going there because of any problems

I just had my G in at Tustin and they treated me pretty well. I was surprised at the turnaround time of the car. Dropped it off at 830am, and it was all done by 145pm.

Oil changes at the dealer are damn expensive here though, when I was in Jersey I was paying about $42 per oil change. I just got knocked for $61! Lame. Can't wait to get my tools out of storage so I can do it myself again. But either way, the main reason I went in was to get my driver side window motor looked at. When using the auto-up feature, the window would go all the way up, then drop 1/4 of the way back down. They replaced the motor, changed the oil, then replaced the tint on the window that they scratched when replacing the window motor. I think I spent more time driving through the auto center than I did inside the Infiniti dealer. The writer I dealt with was Melissa, IIRC.

Im glad you had a good experience today and am sorry about the tint but it does happen as it is tough to take out the glass without scratching the tint.
