What happened to that thread about some chick's bf who worked at a tire shop in OC? Oh well...

Not looking to break the bank because I'm not an aggressive driver who needs the best. I was leaning more towards Hankook Ventus Evo K110 or Toyo T1R's. Just going with the oem specs: 225 & 245/40/19.

Prices for Hankook:

Tirerack.com has them for: 225/40 ($148) and 245/40 ($162). After S&H, total comes to $673.69.

Discount Tire has them for: 225/40 ($163) and 245/40 ($177). After TAX , mounting and balancing, total is $823.18.

Prices for the T1R aren't fall from the Hankook. About $100 more.

If you know of any shops in the LA/SGV area who can hook it up near the Tire Rack's prices, I'd be grateful! TIA!
