evasive maneuver works, but when u have cars to the side of you and dodging would mean hitting someone.

i understand what you jean ljn but sometimes its better to just take the damage.
instead of letting damage occur to your car, u slam into some1 or total your car trying to avoid something in the street and now instead of paying for damages yourself you have to pay for their damage and insurance gets involved.
