I need to rebuild my 03 vq35de due to an OC issue. And im not really familiar with any shop that would be able to do that. For those of you that know of a cool place can you please let me know? Im not sure how much the cost would be to rebuild, but if you know plz let me know. Its either a rebuild or a new used vq from some other g or z. Anywhere in L.A or areas around. Chime chime in plz.

Thanks for the suggestions those of you who shared. And (bluevelvet) my g got mean OC right at the moment lol. And im in the middle right now. I either go stock rebuild or fi build. Fi build is gonna be a bit more money than what i can handle right now im sure. So stock rebuild is on the list.

TechnoSquare 310-787-0847 ask for Howard

They can rebuild... and/or probably source a used one. Howard will let you know which is a more viable option.

yep. JDM motors are always low mileage... but they are hard driven miles (40-50K to them is like 150-200K to us).

I had a 280Z and got a 40K used replacement motor from Japan.

I know where you can get a used VQDE here in So Cal (PM for info).
