need help

hi guys,

can anyone recommend a place to install tires. i have new tires i need to replace the ones i have on now, but the thing is i have wheel spacers. it seems like no one will touch them because of liability issues.

anywhere local pls in the southbay (carson, torrance, gardena).

thanks

What size wheel spacer do you have. I don't understand why they wouldn't change tire's, cause of wheel spacers.

City Tire (www.citytireonline.com). Talk to John. Lots of people I know go there. One of the very few places I'd take my car to for tires. They even did an extreme stretch on my tire before and did a great job of it without damaging the wheels.

+100000000, John or Brian will both hook you up and if they can take care of Don Pisto's tires, they can definitely handle any tire/spacer/stretch combo known to mankind.

The tire prices at City Tire look great! How much does mounting/balancing cost on avg (no stretching/hard work)?

I can understand a tire shop not wanting to stretch tires cos they'll say it is unsafe. Spacers won't matter, they're just being idiots., but probably think it's unsafe as well.

John from City Tires told me DO NOT take my car there.
He said a lot of ppl have had horrible experiences there and ended up coming straight to his shop. According to him, they have a great prices.. but that's about it. IMO, I don't mind paying a bit more for a peace of mind that I am well taken care of.

i mean i would understand if a member on here told u not to go there but a guy who owns another shop tells u not to go to another shop and go to his instead, i ono man. seems a little fishy seeing how i've been there personally and nothing has ever happened

dunno if u heard of a site called infinit wheels, well those guys that are homies with phaze 2 go there, phaze 2 goes there as well, so i donnu what "john" is talking about, seems

^ Does tire central mount and balance the tires too? I bought my tires from there but I never asked. My fronts rubbing so I'm thinking of changing sizes, and I might as well buy and mount at the same place.
