I have a quick question, how often should I do a maintenance for my car ?

Like once I hit certain mileage and I need to do a maintenance right ?

 

Its definitely not the expected rasp, I'm pretty sure it's leaking from the right side header.

How much to flush brake fluid and power steering fluid?
How much to install pads and rotors?

I have an 06 coupe AT if it matters..
Not sure if I want to do one or all of those things, so a price for each would be nice.. And I would have all necessary parts just wondering about the labor costs. Thanks!
