Riverside Gs...need oyur opinion
Those that live in Riverside..I need your input.
I am looking to move out there and wanted to get your opinions on what areas to avoid what is there to do.
There reason for moving is because the homes in my area are way overpriced for what you get.
My plans are to keep a reasonable mortgage to possibly invest my money on other things and the Wife will be quitting her job out here(she also doesn't earn much as she only work 1 to 2 hours a day)
So fill me in.

I hate to say it but I am really looking for a basic home that I can eventually turn around and rent on the cheap.
I want to eventually buy land and build in Mexico and an over 2300 mortgage will not help and most of the homes in your area are around that price on the cheap end.
OH and the most important, I need to be near the Metrolink stations since I will continue to commute to LAX.

umm... what is the price range that you are looking at? I know that there are a few homes in the orangecrest area some are priced decent. And it is not too far from the metrolink station.
