i think do to the size of this meet, Mike and Daniel should do the raffle together to guarantee no problems!

The way the raffle was done for the sedan meet was good. Basically everyone that signs up for the meet must also PM the raffle coordinator with their username and full name. Raffle coordinator brings that documentation the day of and each person shows ID and states their username and then gets a ticket. Mike did a great job organizing it for that event, maybe that method can be used for this event?

yeah i remember, it was an awesome way, that was kinda what i had in mind.

that's last years flyer, but it will likely be on June 26th. This is a good date since it works around HIN, Spocom, Stillen Day and 4th of July.
