When I have an issue with T-Mobile, I call and if the representative can't do anything, ask to speak to their manager and then things will start sailing smoothly. I just called them and got 15% off my phone bill for my brother being a AAA member! They also fixed my phonebill because when my phone got stolen, these ***s bought a bunch of video games with my account.

They had the nerve to say, "why didn't you call when it was stolen?" I was like "what the hell? my phone got stolen, what did you want me to call you guys with? my ***?" then they took like 200$ of charges off my phonebill and shut off the feature to let me download any third party apps. Overall, I'm always nice to them but when they start getting fiesty is when I bite back.

lol. I work at a t-mobile. im trying to transfer to a store down in the LA area (studio city, burbank, the valley, and hollywood area) i got some fam down there that isnt making bills, so i gotta find a store to work at before i make the move. otherwise if i go there without transferring to another store out there i'll be in the situation of not making bills there too! lol.

I'd love too, but I buy my girlfriend a new phone pretty often because they magically "stop working" but when I take the phone and use it. It magically works again? I guess it's her way of getting a new phone from me and it works lol.
