12 month Service

I just celebrated my one year anniversary of owning on my G35 Coupe. I know that I need to get the 12 month/15,000 miles service done sometime soon. Any recomendations from anyone. Should I take it to a local mechanic or take it back to the dealer (Cerritos) where I know it'll cost me @ $200.

If you decide to go to a local mechanic, make sure they have the experience in the G35. I can recommend you call Ed at Precision Z Service, 818-716-6744. Precision Z has been in business for 24 years specializing in Z cars and Infiniti. He can give you direction to make sure you don't get ripped off.

Re: 12 month Service

If going to the dealership what else do they do besides changing oil, rotate tires and the rest is just a bunch of check point. Seems like I could do this myself. So I guess my other question is, Should I just do it myself? or spend, I think $189.99 plus tax. I mean I could do the oil change myself and take the car to a local tire shop and get the tires rotated for less than $50.00 hats way less than $189.99. What special hi-tech check-up does the dealer do that I can't do myself. Someone please reply... I'm rolling on 15,300 miles on my car. I'm hoping to get the service done before reaching 15,500.
