I sure will.

We need to convince Pollo to make some Menudo for us...he maybe a little ugly but he make good Menudo.

I usually do Mariscos (Seafood) for the cruda,....does Menudo work too?

In Mexico most people think of Menudo before Mariscos..even though Mariscos are a B'fast item(with beer obviously)

I did "Agua Chiles" .. Im sure you might of heard of them. Those usually perk me right up, with of course a "Michelada"

Agua chile is damn good eating...michelada is great for hangovers when it's really spiced up with some hot chile(for hangovers only)
