normal headunits? And I mean a place that does it clean, not just cut a hole in the dash now and make it look like a garage job. I want to put in a separate pop up LCD screen in the dash for a DVD player, but of course, our dash isn't fitted to put in normal headunts =C

And how much with you guys with experience, does it cost to do the customizing alone (not counting whatever aftermarket headunit I buy)?

if you go on ebay there are usually some. in japan this is the skyline and they come stock with the double din cut outs. there is also this one on ebay. a little much but it might save you some hassle. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...925284789&rd=1

Give Tai a call at Audio Industry. Building up a dash will not be cheap anywhere you go, if you want it done right.

Tai does slick work....he is in the City of Industry, 60 fwy near Azusa Ave (about 3 miles northwest of the Puente Hills Mall)

corner of Stimson and Gale. Turn into the 76 station and drive thru the pumps.. their parking lot is behind the gas station, but it's easier to go thru the station rather than turning left across traffic.
