Tony @ Riverside Infiniti news and update
Just saw this today, can't believe this is happening... I have to say that you are the major reason for Riverside Infiniti being such a reputable and resourceful dealership, for myself and other Infiniti owners as well. I hope they realize what a big loss for them by now.
Thank you for sticking to us here, it's great to be able to have your support. Take care and good luck!

some people there have their heads up their @** but that doesn't make it a bad place at all for you guys. The hard working people that are still there busting their butts every day.... I gotta give em credit
woooooooooooooooooow............never thought the day would come, sad news. Tony has been always there for the infiniti community and when ever we needed something. Bad move on there part! Keep us informed on where you head next!
I don't think they will begin to BS about being mod friendly, all the techs and service writers who were good about it are still there. True, the service manager hates modded cars, he is afraid of them to be honest, but their techs and writers are totally happy and open to the mod / enthusiast community. And of course Rick is still in parts to help you all out.
Thanks, but it wasn't just me who made the dealership a good place for the forum members, there are a bunch of good techs, service writers and parts guys that are all still there for you

I've been going to Riverside Infiniti for years now and I've seen the change. Without knowing the personnel you are referring to, I'd say something happened in the way they do business about a year, year and half ago. The place went from bending over backwards, throwing in nominal stuff and featuring mods everywhere to acting like all the other shops out there by inflating prices and pushing add-ons during services.
I'd be curious to hear some of the behind the scenes stuff to know what I'm getting into when I service or buy (looking to pull the trigger in September) from Riverside Infiniti. While I don't even know you personally, I wish you the best of luck.
well, feel free to pm me with any questions, I can explain some of the issues.
as for service parts etc. I have no beef with the company, and I still stand by the techs and parts guys / service writers that work there, they're all still exceptional employees and customer service reps. The techs are still just as good, and I trust them to work my all my cars. That has not changed.
You guys can still look to parts for great prices and service, that hasn't changed (only that they're way short handed and not getting the help they deserve).
All in all, if I had an Infiniti, I would still get it serviced there and what not with no questions asked. I am happy to say that I was a part of something that helped so many enthusiasts over the years, and just because I am gone, doesn't mean the guys there are not still up to the task, it wasn't just me who made a difference.
I can't steer you guys in any particular direction, where you go ultimately is up to you. But I still vouch for all my co-workers 100%.

hope this helps

UPDATE!
I've moved over to Fontana Nissan to work in their internet dept doing the same thing.
I'll be bringing a lot of the same service and support for the Infiniti crowd with me!
