I put in an XM unit in my G this weekend and went with the terk antenna because its tiny its about an inch square and about a quarter inch high. Anyway, I went over to the Infiniti dealer for touch up paint we were using to color match the antenna to the IP color of the car. I bought one box of the 2 stage paint at my cost of $10, regular cost they said was $15. One box was not enough so I went back for more and they were out. I went down to the Nissan dealer they sold me the exact same box for my cost $8 regualar cost $10. That's not a huge cost but if you look at the % markup difference it big. If you can get something for you G at the Nissan dealer, get it.

how are you guys applying the touch up paint..???

clean the area down....sand it??? use toothpick..??? i remember reading about it in the Detailing forum...but I wanna hear from u guys

It's similar but two bottles because the IP has a base coat and a pearl coat.

We used an air sprayer. I'll post a pic as soon as I can. It looks pretty cool having a color matched xm antenna. Better than having a black one on a white car.
