Today, I went to metro infiniti monrovia to get my dashboard fixed. The dashboard is a bit bended. They claimed that is due to a scratch 8cm away, that I scratched it and at the same time bended that panel. I do know the force I scratched it, it for sure did not bended the panel. Anyway, they refuse to warranty that part. The service manager was raising his tone, "I can't do anything about it." Does anyone know any better infiniti service department in LA area that may has better chance warranty my dashboard for me?

people here would probably tell you to go to Riverside Infiniti although i never been to the dealership
