Help me release my family!

Alright my fellow G drivers I need your help.

Short story. My girlfriend and mom were facing deportation when their case was denied for Asylum. But it is up for re-appeal and review. They're now being detained in Santa Ana City Jail. However they now have a temporary stay of removal and are still being detained with no reason. They're just normal law abiding individuals and are mixed among criminals. So if you can go here.

that's the FB event and join it, and invite friends to join.

and go here.

to sign the petition. I would much appreciate it. thank you guys.

Hum.. Well signed your petition bro, anyhow they can re apply for residency but might have to go back to their country while you do the paper work here and they might have to talk to the U.S. embassy in that country they are from. If you have deep pockets it can only take up to a month or 2 for them to be legal residents, afterwards apply for citizenship.

P.S. if they did anything illegal u can forget it man, they will never be allowed in this country again if they do come back they face real hard prison time..

They're here legally, and unfortunately the dad did something wrong which brought unwanted attention. However it has nothing to do with the mother and daughter.

Thanks juan350gt, it's really long and complicated and I know what you're talking about but they're situation is slightly different whereas if they go back they have to wait more than just a couple of years. Also yea I know if they did something illegal they would never come back, but they didn't.

I'd appreciate it, if comments like this are not posted, but I understand you're just stating a fact. Thanks but no thanks, don't need it. I came here for support and not for statements like yours, however I know there are always the ones...
