Stance Owners help

hi,
i need some help/suggestions on fixing bounce on my new true type stance coilovers. Looks like the front left and/or right is the bouncing, not rears.
The preload is set to 7". The car bounces less than when i had set them to 7.25". Hella less than when i had them to nearly zero preload. Dampening is 14 front and 12 or 14 rear. One time, i had the preload to 6.6" and it rode fine but i did feel some abnormal bounce. The reasons i had to lessen the preload is because i thought 1.4" compress of springs are too much, and i couldn't lower the car enough with 6.6" preload due to lower bracket bottoming out.
When i say bounce, i mean the car bounces up and down about 2~3 times after a bump. It seems to happen after mid size bumps at some speed. Not bouncing because the car rides stiff. I feel like right after a bump, the front wheels are ready keep rolling but the front end is facing upward the sky, not facing the road.. like the feel of the wheel gaps increasing and decreasing. i don't know if it actually happens. I do feel the car rides stiff and firm when the car doesn't bounce though. The dampers might be fine, not defected, but maybe coilover itself moves up and down over bumps..
I can't remember clearly, but the bounce happens whenever there is clunking sound after bumps like.. clunk. clunk. clunk. No bounce when there is no clunking after certain bumps. Well, i guess it bounces without the clunking sound sometimes. Not sure though.
Every bolts are tight other than i used the 10mm nut for the brake line for the one of the top three shock strut bolts.
Can anyone give me some advices on fixing this problem? i would love to have coilover guys come over, test ride and see if it's normal or not. I've been dealing with this for more than a week but still havne't gotten the no bounce ride.
thanks

Are you talking about that bounce that you get when your driving straight? I have a friend with the same coils and his **** bounces like crazy. He says its "normal" but it gets me ****ing car sick.

if you dont like it, take them off and go back to stock.

have you ever had a car with coilovers before?

All coilovers bounce. Its due to the smaller amount of shock travel, dampening and spring rates.

the reason I'm bisching bout the bounce is becausr I rode in another stance owner in same car with same preload and dampening as my car. but his car doesn't ride bounce. he got 18" rims with little stretched tires.
I do like the coilover ride feel but the weird bounce is really annoying.
where do u live?

I did buy them new. shipped directly from stance.
I can't tell if they are defective. I tried pushing down on the front end but there's no oscillation. in fact, the wheel gap stays the same when I pushdown

check the torque on the 17mm nuts on top of the struts. That could be where teh clunking is coming from.

what stance coilovers did your friend have? cause the LX coilovers are very smooth and almost OEM like.
