Huge Meet Idea's?

OK so I think we need to put together a HUGE meet in December or January for G35's and 350z's. We need a great central location for everyone and a good parkinglot? We will need some vendors to help out with food or free stuff? We also need to plan it on a date that holds no other event? If you have any great ideas please post below:

Location w/great parking:

1. Infiniti/Nissan HQ
2.
3.
4.
5.

Vendor's w/food or free stuff or both:

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Date/time:

1. December 11th/Afternoon
2.
3.
4.
5.

Thank you everyone for the help and ideas I hope we can put something HUGE together.

Need some ideas, post any idea you might have with place/date/vendor that you think might want to help out.

I've noticed other forums hold yearly huge meets, we should start something similiar! Any big dealers that might be interested?

While getting feedback is good, it can also be bad to try and accomodate everyone. It's impossible. Just try to avoid major conflicts(holidays and perhaps big events where a large number of member may have other engagements) and you'll probably be fine. Logistics can always be an issue so just pick a decent place as if people have the time, they will show. A place that is fun to be is always nice(Nissan HQ, Eibach, Speedzone, Dromo1) but not necessary. Some of the Socal 240sx groups most successful events have just been BBQ's at the park. SE-RCA has also done well just hosting BBQ's. Even without sponsorship. Just get people to RSVP and that will give you a decent idea as to how much food to supply. Then charge each person $2-3 or something and it will probably work out. If you end up underestimating, just send someone on a run for more food to Costco. Nothing fancy is needed. Burgers and hot dogs will get the job done cheap. Most people just want to hang out and meet new people. No need to overdo it...

"If you build it, they will come..."

Re: Huge Meet Idea's?

well team transport is trying to get the TOys for tots event going. So far we can't get anywhere big enough for a huge meet/show parking lot area. I've tried some places but they wouldn't let us. Hopefully we'll come up with something soon
