yea riverside is definitely not the same anymore. They were selling splash guards for $72 2 weeks ago but when i called them today the price they quoted me was $116. I ended up buying from another dealer for $75

yes, Riverside seems all sort of messed up. Seems like EVERYONE from there in every dept want's out. The GM is sinking that ship, might not be long before that dealership goes belly up.

That's too bad....it's gonna suck not having a great dealership so close by.

So is the service dept. still cool to deal with? Like for warranty stuff.

DAMN you guys at Grubbs are VULTURES!
we all know you're there, please stop popping in saying "buy from us" every damn post you can, it's sick. I understand that you have to be aggressive trust me, I've been doing this same stuff for 7 years. But you guys have no respect sometimes....

Just an observation about the GM and Service Manager from what little birdies have been telling me for a few years. Even some corporate reps are tired of them.

but here are some facts:

since he took over, many of the new and used car sales staff left or were let go, many of whom are now at Acura of Riverside.

the entire parts dept has gone, that's a total of 5 people by itself.

....so, just sayin...

Are the service advisors still the same Mike and Ben specifically? Also I've had Ryan working on my car for a while and he's catered to all my needs such as never using an impact gun, being cautious about it being lowered, etc.

I just wanna know if it's still safe to take my car there for service needs.

Pls advise Tony.

I hope its the same too. I bought my car from there and have taken it there for service, but i havent been since i modded my car (lowered, body kit, and rims). I assumed they were cool with those things since their parts department had aftermarket parts galore, but after reading this im a bit skeptical. think they would be careful with modded cars still?
