Hi,

I was wondering if there was any place in socal that does vinyl roof overlay installs. I was considering purchasing BATs Overlays and install myself but I have sent him 4 emails and he has not returned a single one. So I rather just take my car to a local tint shop and have them do it with the vinyl provided.

Any reputable places in socal that does these installs, please let me know! Thanks!!!

I just got a quote to do my full car for a pretty reasonable price from a bimmer company, alpine motor sports? $2200. I just got the email, when they give me a number to reach them at, i'll ask and see what they want for a roof and post it up!

Promax in Alhambra. Well it's not the owner of promax doing it but there's a guy who owns a vinyl business and he does the vinyl install at that shop.

I contacted them and their prices are extremely reasonable. However, the weather in so cal has been crappy and he told me to come in on a sunny day.

Will probably contact them in a couple weeks.

$140 installed (high gloss)

btw in case you were still interested in bat's overlays, i just ordered roof and tail light overlays from him. he's been pretty good at emailing me back (usually takes about half a day).

I was told these roof overlays can strip your paint when removing them.. is it true?? I personally would just paint them instead of putting on vinyls. Looks 10000x better too.
