Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a car wash place that does a great undercarriage wash? I got oil all over the engine area and need it all to be cleaned off....

Looking for somewhere near the North OC area (Buena Park, Fullerton, La Mirada) or Cerritos, Artesia etc...

Please help!

 

Beb, any well equipped car wash should be able to handle steam cleaning your undercarriage. Sorry I don't live in your area so I can't give you more specifics.

Gary, I guess you are right... I just need somewhere that will do a decent job though, I have open dumps; so I am afraid of fire lol. :P

Actually we have Simple green at the house.... If you want you are more than welcome to come over and I can do it, I am sure Alan would love to help.... We have a garage and we can run a house. I would feel comfortable doing it at night when no one is snooping around asking stupid questions

 

I was just kidding, Ima take it to the carwash on Beach/La Mirada tomorrow... Its too much of a pain to jack it up and blah blah blah. But thank you very much for the offer, I appreciate it! I had lunch w Alan today!!

 

So, did you get it clean? Did they do a good job? How does it look now?

 

I went to a couple car wash places and they said the easiest is to put it on the tracks... Didnt want to do that... So Im gonna wipe it down as best I can then take it to Drift Speed next week to re-wrap the fuel/oil lines and possibly reroute the dump tube...
