Anyone know of a good tinting shop in these areas? Went over to tint devil the other day and they basically wanted to bend me over the counter and stick it to me!

 

i just got my girlfriend's car done at diamond audio services on miramar rd (858) 453-7787. they did an excellent job, and i will be taking my G there to have it done too.

I looked around for the best quality tint, not knowing so much about the installer. So I decided to go with a Formula One ceramic tint (kinda pricey) from Mr. Tint in Escondido (I think). The shade/color is sick but I am not 100% pleased that some tiny bubbles still remain from the install. If you're really picky you can take it back after a couple weeks until you're satisfied with the install. My first choice would have been Huper Optik 30 but the closest place I know of that installs it is in the LA area. Bottom line, any charcoal/smoked, metallized or ceramic film looks amazing on our cars. Just make sure the warranty is lengthy and covers all types of defects for whatever company you choose to go with. Good luck. If you have any questions PM me.
