We have a 1 bedroom Guest House for rent it has a kitchenette, w/a living room, and a bathroom for $800 month. Utilities are included (within reason), Electricity, Water, Gas, and Garbage. Additionally you will get internet access via WIFI only.
The house is newly remodeled, new tile flooring in kitchen/living room and bathroom. The bathroom has a new tile shower, new sink, and new toilet; new paint throughout the house.

Asking for $500 Security Deposit and first month's rent. Total to move in $1,300.00.

The unit is located in South San Hills / La Puente between Valley Blvd and Nogales St. near West Covina, Walnut, and the 60/57 FRWY.

The guest house is located at the rear of our property and you will have your own entrance. My wife and I along with our child occupy the front house, we have two dog (Shetland Sheepdogs) they are inside dogs but we do let her out throughout the day. They are friendly dogs and do not bite.
Our family safety is very important to us so we prefer a renter who is/are drug and alcohol free, and is/are dog friendly.
